• The operator is the controller of your personal data in respect of data provided voluntarily on the website.
• The website uses personal data for the following purposes: handling enquiries sent through the contact form, presenting the offer or information, direct marketing (commercial contact) – solely on the basis of the consent given in the form.
• The website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways: through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is entered into the operator's systems, and by storing cookie files on end devices.

2. Selected data-protection measures applied by the operator

• Places where personal data is entered are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
• User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.

• In some situations the controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent on the controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients: the hosting company (data processing agreement) and companies providing marketing services to the controller.
• Your personal data is processed by the controller no longer than necessary to perform the related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years or until consent is withdrawn.
• You have the right to request from the controller: access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.
• You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, including profiling; the right to object cannot be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

• The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
